Client Support Executive



Our client in Guildford who is offering an excellent opportunity for someone to start a long term, progressive career is seeking Client Support Executive to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for r esponding in a timely manner to any service queries and support through the use of their software platform, phone, email and the web. They are a small but rapidly growing client focused team, who are a pivotal part of the companies success.

Ideal candidates will be confident and articulate and be able to build good rapport and enjoy helping our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers’ issues within set SLA’s
  • Escalating as required to management or to technical team where customer issues cannot be resolved.
  • Continually updating our customers with updates
  • Working as part of a team to support all customer queries

Qualifications:

  • A University degree is preferable though not essential
  • Previous support experience is not a requirement provided that the individual can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Full training will be provided
