An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Client Support Executive to join an major merchant bank who specialise in vehicle finance solutions for automotive dealership groups and used car independent dealerships.

A Client Support Executive is responsible for providing account management support and guidance to their dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long lasting relationships. The Client Support Executive is key to ensuring an efficient overall performance from the operational hub, ensuring service levels are maintained across the operational division and close collaboration with sales leadership and account management teams.

The Client Support Executive position sits between sales and operations teams and provides support to the Account Managers with account and proposal queries, evolving dealer partner needs and focused dealer funding support.

To be successful, you must be a self-motivated individual who has excellent customer service and account management skills as well as outstanding communication and influencing skills.

On offer is a basic salary of £26 - £32,000, annual bonus, contributory pension, healthcare, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and many more company benefits.
