Job Description

The Client Account Services (CAS) team supports account set up and maintenance for internal and external Clients of the CIB. Core activities include direct Client engagement to deliver an excellent Client experience, facilitating complex account set up processes across multiple LOBs and managing large new business initiatives. This role partners extensively with key stakeholders in the business, product development, operations and technology partners in order to execute strategy and deliverables. The candidate will need to be able to interact, create and lead strong partnerships across various teams and locations.

Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) is a Securities Services Product for Investment Management firms. It provides a comprehensive, end to end Investment Operations Service, from account set up and instruction capture to investment data distribution and visualisation, enabling institutional Investment Management firms to outsource their investment operations activities to J.P. Morgan

The Role And Responsibilities Will Include The Following
  • Management and coordination of EMEA team to deliver execution of large scale onboarding initiatives, in close partnership with Implementations and other partners
  • Coordination with clients to assess new request and to manage pipeline and queries
  • Partner with clients and the business to drive continuous improvement and enhance the client experience
  • Partner with controls and governance teams to ensure our governance model is robust and complies with the firm’s operational risk standards
  • Perform ongoing analysis of program related data (e.g. SLAs & KPIs)
  • Lead components of the program to deliver the future state Operating Model
  • Manage financial planning & efficiency initiatives, recruitment and training strategy
  • Work within and manage a distributed global team
Skills/Experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and partner with different work streams
  • Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas; Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Agency Collateral, Derivatives, FX, Securities Lending
  • Ability to successfully interact with Clients and partners
  • Ability to absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately
  • Experience with digital tools - Xceptor, Tableau, Alteryx
