Cross Product Change Services (CPCS)

CPCS, Digital & Platform Services within J.P. Morgan CIB. It is a multi-disciplinary team focused on change delivery across products, supporting the acceleration of delivery, providing metrics to enable data based decision making, providing input and supporting the team and organizational strategy through to successful execution. This specific role will initially be focused on the Securities Services Positions & Settlements business deliveries.

Role Description

Primarily responsible for the delivery of End-to-End UAT test execution for the Securities Services LOB; in a cross functional project based environment. This will evolve over time to include other phases of the project life cycle, such as Business Analysis and Test/Project Management. Providing an opportunity to work on large scale transformation programs with an exposure to multiple deliveries for our business partners driven by Strategic, Operational, Regulatory and Client change agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding business/functional change requirements, designing and developing test plan/test scenarios and identifying test data requirements
  • Applying both Agile & Waterfall project delivery methodologies and adapting to work with evolving practices
  • Providing effective test validation services across: test planning (including estimations), test execution and defect tracking/management
  • Partnering with QA Technology team to build and enhance on available Automation tools in order to drive efficiency of execution
  • Recording, organising and tracking test evidences in HP Application Lifecycle Management tool and/or JIRA
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on projects across our stakeholders in Product, Operations and Technology
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of change implementation process and/or a background in UAT/QA test execution
  • Experience/knowledge of Securities Services LOB and/or applications
  • Functional knowledge of Trade Settlements, processing and market would also be an advantage
  • Strong Project Management skills, understanding of the full life cycle of a change project
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-Starter able to work independently as part of an integrated team
  • Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
