We are recruiting for an enthusiastic experienced Chef de Partie who has excellent knowledge and understanding of fresh food.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to work in a well known busy restaurant in the Village of Miskin, To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible, highly motivated and passionate about food, You will be part of a busy brigade of Chefs and will need to be able to work well under pressure to a high standard.
We only use fresh ingredients and everything is freshly prepared in house, in this position you will be -
· Preparing, cooking and presenting all foods to a high standards.
· Promoting all aspects of our food business.
· A team player and effectively Communicate with other chefs & members of staff.
· A clean and tidy worker, ensuring the food service areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
· The right candidate for the post of Chef de Partie will need to have prior experience and will be given the opportunity to increase their knowledge and experience with additional training.
· We require Level 2 Food Hygiene level
· Attention to detail and quality to the highest standards.
