We have an opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our team at the Miskin Arms Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a broad experience of all aspects of food preperation through all departments of kitchen and will be working in busy quality establishments, you must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment to a high standard.

Main responsibilities will include:

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the specification of the Head Chef

You will hold level 2 Hygiene certificate and be able to ensure a high levels of food hygiene throughout in accordance with food safety guideline

The ideal candidate will have:

Great cooking skills, with at least 2 year’s experience

The ability to maintain calm under pressure and deal with issues in a positive manner

The ability to prepare and run various sections of the kitchen appropriately

Good timekeeping skills reliability and organisation
