A fabulous hotel situated in the beautiful village of Beaulieu in The New Forest are looking to recruit an experienced Chef for their large brigade.

The a la carte restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily, covering weddings and functions throughout the year.

Key Info:
Salary: £27-28k + Tips

Hours: 5/7 Days, 45 hours per week, Plus service charge and Tips

Location: Beaulieu Inn/Drift Inn - Beaulieu opposite the train station

Responsibilities:
Run a section and support Head Chef

Prepare and cook meals to the required standard

Stock control/ordering

Health & Safety/Food hygiene

Train and develop the team

Requirements:
Experience as a Chef working with fresh produce

Excellent communication skills

Strong leadership skills

A willingness to learn and progress

Passionate about food

Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
