The Catering Assistants posts available at:


St Cenydd Community School:


1 x 3 hours per day total 15 hours per week

1 x 2 hours per day total 10 hours per week

1 x 1.5 hours per day total 7.5 hours per week


The successful candidates will be working under the supervision of the Cook in Charge ensuring the lunch time service operates well. You will comply with our policies and ensure that food safety regulations are adhered to. You must be an effective communicator and will be expected to liaise with parents, pupils and the school successfully


If you do not hold a Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Hygiene in catering you must be prepared to receive food safety awareness training and other appropriate courses relevant to the post.


We will be holding the interview either by social distancing interview, WhatsApp Video, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
