The salary for this post is within the NJC pay spine range 4 – 6 of the NJC pay spine for Support Staff (full time £18,781 - £19,524).

As a Caretaker within our outstanding Estates team, you will support the Director of Estates in maintaining a safe and secure working and learning environment and providing a high quality caretaking and estates management service to the College. You will also have the ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance to the campus. Applicants should be educated to Level 2 (GCSE equivalent), including Maths and English Language and ideally hold relevant qualifications e.g. Fire Awareness certificate etc.
