Equans is looking for a community use caretaker to join our team in Hameldon Community College BB11 5BT on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 17.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £9.80 per hour and benefits package.

18.00pm to 21.30pm

What will you deliver?
  • To undertake responsibility for the provision of caretaking services at the school. In so doing ensuring these are provided to a consistently high and professional standard.
  • To support the facilities management team in achieving the requirements of the project agreement and service obligations

Who are we looking for?
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to monitor systems of work effectively
  • Relevant trade, technical or vocational qualifications
  • Experience of caretaking preferably in the schools sector
  • Some experience of planned maintenance, building maintenance, site cleaning tasks
  • Possess an understanding of health and safety principles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
