Randstad are delighted to be supporting this Family run business based in Greater Manchester. We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join them on a permanent basis. Pay The pay rate for the role is £10 per hour we can offer between 24 and 39 hours per week. Hours Hours from 7am to 10pm alternate weekends The role You will be supporting some of Knutsford’s Vulnerable Adults in their own homes Some of your Key Duties will include: To follow and deliver the care and support identified in the individual care plan/summary Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of Care implementation and delivery Record relevant activities and report on the delivery of the above support and to monitor individual progress or regress Implement action to meet and maintain Care standards To ensure the safety and security of the individual by following the agreed processes and company policy & procedures To participate in all training and development provided and ensure you are appropriately qualified to carry out all tasks required of them To participate in regular supervisions Encourage self-care and client rehabilitation Ensure client’s rights are protected Work in cooperation with members of multi-disciplinary health teams in order to maximise opportunities for client therapeutic Care You At least 6 months paid experience in the care sector Be able to demonstrate your experience Due to the nature of the role driving is essential for this role Randstad Care is a specialist nursing recruitment agency.
