If you’re looking to progress your health care career, Randstad Care has an exciting Support Worker role available for you within an established Private Mental Health Hospital

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Support Worker who is looking for a challenge and feels comfortable working with mental health patients. Applicants should have previous experience working in a mental health setting and
be confident following health and safety regulations, thinking on their feet and working independently as well as within a team. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should also be caring, compassionate, empathetic and familiar with how to observe, monitor and record patients physical/mental changes.
