Key Responsibilities:

  • Review data to identify opportunities and support with prioritisation.
  • Develop dashboards and support documentation to highlight key opportunities and to provide context to the insight.
  • Ongoing reporting of metrics to track benefits.
  • Ad hoc reporting at the request of the Project Team, e.g. commodity tracking and supplier spend data.

Essential Skills Required:

  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritise duties among multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines with a high level of personal organisation.
  • Good sense of urgency and adaptability under pressure.
  • Intellectually curious and takes initiative.
  • Demonstrated expected levels of aptitude, motivation and performance within your existing role to date.
  • Previous analytical experience.
  • Display an analytical mind set and a high degree of numerical aptitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and relational databases.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated – must be productive with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross functional environment.
  • Excellent visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation of data.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to both an autonomous and collaborative working environment.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing tools and programmes.
  • Previous experience organising, manipulating and analysing complex data sets.
  • High levels of commercial acumen and understanding of project management principles.
  • Previous experience within a consulting or operational role linked to FMCG.
  • Value chain optimisation and/or analysis in a consulting or operational role.

Desirable Skills Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications within a relevant field.
  • Consultancy and/or project manager experience.
  • Previous experience within data analytics.

  • Salary starting from £41,200, rising to £45,225.
  • 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday- Friday.
