We are looking to recruit a talented and motivated Business/Engineering Graduate.

About The Job

We are looking to recruit a Business/Engineering Graduate to develop within the Management Team, learning all about the business and a broad range of competencies through a well-structured and defined development programme.

You will spend up to two years learning about the Business and service offerings, whilst following a development plan that will ensure you really understand how a business works.

The successful Graduate will gain exposure to many complex areas of the Business including contract management, estimating, design and programming, customer service, health and safety as well as financial and commercial issues.

Throughout the programme you will be supported both by mentors and managers, who will guide you through your career and development within the business.

About The Successful Applicant
  • A Graduate with an engineering based or business focused degree or equivalent
  • You will need a driving licence and be prepared to work, travel and stay away throughout the UK
