As a Business Transformation Specialist, you’ll be given real responsibility, bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics, creating new models that support business decisions, developing global success management approaches and templates and tracking benefits across countries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Globally aligning and working with international colleagues considering time zone and cultural differences.
  • Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Create new models that support business decisions by working closely with the Business Strategy and IT Teams to establish initiatives and strategies to improve importing and to optimise costs.
  • Develop global success management approaches and templates to be utilised by country teams for benefit realisation and KPI activities.
  • Track benefits (financial and non-financial) being realised across countries.
  • Develop and maintain a global success management plan that incorporates local plans at a key milestone level.
  • Engage openly on key milestones and seek clarity on progress made in collaboration with Global Business Coordination, country and cluster colleagues.
  • Proactively report on, and where possible seek resolution, to key risks and issues that impact more than one country deployment.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Strong business acumen with experience working within a similar business sector and/or an IT transformation project.
  • Systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Data visualisation skills.
  • Logical and efficient work ethic with a keen attention to detail and capable of delivering high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Office.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge with using software such as Adobe and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels across the business.
  • Confident communicator and facilitator of workshops and meetings.
  • Capable of building trust and relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Statistical or analytical qualifications.
  • Experience working in agile team environments.
  • IT industry experience.
  • Experience of having worked on large programmes of work with distinct projects and workstreams.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian systems.
  • Experience of working across borders and understanding business cultures.

Benefits:

  • Salary starting from £32,200, rising to £46,590.
  • 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday- Friday.
