To keep Aldi competitive in the everchanging industry, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Success Manager to join the team.

You will develop an excellent understanding of how our organisation works and the sector we operate in, as you will be helping to shape the future of Aldi’s customer interaction global approach. You will play a key role in communication between technical teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, conveying how technology can support users in countries, and will be responsible for driving success within Aldi South markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of a team of business success experts.
  • Coach and mentor of all direct reports, whilst ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
  • Management of third-party/external relationships.
  • Ensure workstream progress is always aligned with overall customer interaction goals and objectives.
  • Broad knowledge in customer interaction solutions.
  • Implement new organisational structures and processes.
  • Change management.
  • Launch and report on globally aligned KPIs.
  • Support markets with the realisation of business benefits.
  • Support local stakeholders through structured training and informal coaching.
  • Management of cross-country alignment to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of project movements at all times.
  • Stakeholder management across various hierarchy levels to ensure transparency.
  • Support senior stakeholders to increase engagement and buy-in where necessary, through being a true advocate of customer interaction.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Educated to 2:1 degree level in a relevant subject area.
  • Experience of driving a digital transformation within a large organisation.
  • Previous proven track record of leading teams through a digital transformation.
  • Strong inter-personal and people management skills, with experience of interacting with stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Broad knowledge of change management methodology.
  • Strong networking skills to align and collaborate with all country stakeholders, in addition to Global Business Coordination and IT.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Logical and efficient work ethic with high attention to detail.
  • Confident facilitator of workshops and meetings.
  • Capable of building trust and relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Willing to travel internationally as required.

Desirable Skills Required:

  • Professional qualification in relevant area.
  • Experience in marketing, eCommerce or customer services.
  • Previous experience working at a global level.
  • Project management experience.
  • Previous experience of working within an Agile team.

  • Salary starting from £54,285, rising to £79,040.
  • 5-day/50-hour week, working Monday- Friday.
