£30k plus £3k car allowance and uncapped commission - proven OTE £64k-£84k+

HOME/FIELD BASED - STRATFORD-UPON-AVON REGION

Rapidly growing Financial Services company require a strong Business Development Manager to join their existing team and drive sales in your specific region, targeting Limited companies across various industries. They specialise in sourcing additional funding for businesses through HMRC (R&D Tax Credits) and are one of the market leaders, enjoying a period of sustained growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Building, developing and sustaining good relations with key individuals, organisations and facilities within your geographical area with the sole purpose of promoting the portfolio of products and services eligible
  • Relationships will include Accountants, Banks, Brokers, Representative Bodies and any other form of intermediaries
  • Meeting targets monthly/quarterly

Experience
  • Sales experience essential
  • Experience of developing regional sales and have effective communication with external and internal partners
  • A current network of introducer’s such as brokers/accountants is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to sell directly to businesses also beneficial
Salary package is very strong, £30k basic plus £3k car allowance and uncapped commission, OTE is £64k-£84k with highest performers earning over £100k
