Description

This is an exciting time to join our Marketing team as we look to recruit a Business Executive -to work strategically with our People Platform.

The Role

Reporting to the BD Manager - People Platform and working with the Group’s wider Marketing team, the BD Executive - People Platform will help support business development across the People Platform.

The role holder will support the BD Manager to deliver value-added business development support ensuring key objectives in the Employment, Pensions, Private Client, Entrust, T-Three and Kiddy & Partners business plans are achieved.

The BD Executive - People Platform will work with the BD Manager to support the successful execution of all plans and the measurement of results.

This is a collaborative role which requires the role holder to build strong, proactive relationships with marketing colleagues and fee earners where appropriate across all offices

The Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative professional services marketing team. Over the last two years the team has doubled in size and now has over 25 marketing professionals within it across corporate communications, business development, events and campaigns, key account management and digital and design.

The team has played a central role in the delivery of a number of strategic projects including a business-wide rebrand, digital transformation project, CRM implementation and key account management launch. Going forward the team will be at the heart of a number of projects, campaigns and marketing activities to help the business grow.

The Person

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Support the BD Manager to identify and report on market trends and opportunities
  • Support units on the creation of digital, email marketing and social media requests
  • Monitor and measure BD and Marketing activity
  • Research and qualify prospective clients
  • Manage and track pipeline activity using the CRM database
  • Support fee earners on the delivery of events with third parties
  • Help to create and maintain proposal documents and general literature
  • Maintain content on our app
  • Produce and update marketing collateral
  • To be aware of and comply with the company’s policies and procedures

  • High level of attention to detail and problem solver with proven planning skills
  • Working in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work either autonomously, co-operatively or with direction, to ensure deadlines are met
