The purpose of this role is to support the dynamic and vibrant Commercial Department in the identification of prospects and attainment of Contract Opportunities in the Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Renewable and Steel Industries.

Job Description
  • Identify, monitor and attain contract opportunities for the business to secure future workload.
  • Interface with customers acting as a main point of contact at all stages of the bidding process including identification of opportunities, proposal completion, contract negotiations and project handover.
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with Client Procurement Teams to publicise TSP Engineering and its capabilities.
  • Assess industry trends and market intelligence to support the development of sales plans and strategies.
Qualifications Essential:Degree or equivalent Desirable:
  • Practical knowledge of basic engineering (or the willingness to learn).
  • Previous Business Development / Sales & Marketing experience.
  • An understanding of the Bids & Proposals process.
