The successful candidate will effectively support the business development team and the client directors in managing all proposals and tenders.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.You will provide overall administrative support to the Business Development Department, supporting the accuracy of information recorded in Sales Force in compliance with ISO9001 standards.As our Business Development Administrator, you will: Communicate courteously with internal and/or external customers by telephone, email and face to face.Coordinate the prospecting activity to ensure a constant flow of new opportunities are managed.Respond to initial inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.Ensure that Go/NoGo documentation is maintained and distributed to all internal stakeholders Support the preparation of the tenders and bids within the business.Coordinate review meetings between client directors and BDM team to support the proposals.Maintain the internal sign-off process (costing & content).Evolve and develop standard templates for tender responses / proposals and contracts.Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills Well organised and flexible individual Excellent level of written English Applications: Microsoft office tools Excel (pivot tables/lookups) Word & PowerPoint, SharePoint Tracking tools: Jira Salesforce Lightening Schema builder, Process Builder & App Builder (advantageous) Able to demonstrate initiative in satisfying complex customer needs Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure to tight deadlines Passion for sales and a drive to succeed Excellent relationship and rapport building skills Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with a wide range of people Team and action oriented; proactive in prioritising own work load and assigned areas of responsibility to others If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, click on APPLY today, forwarding an up-to-date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance!
