Kybotech is a leading e-commerce company that designs, manufactures, and distributes a wide range of home and garden products globally. Our Head office is based in Worksop, a town located in Nottinghamshire, UK. Worksop is a bustling market town that offers easy access to major cities such as Sheffield, Nottingham, and Lincoln.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business data, identifying trends and opportunities, and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes that improve the overall performance of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysing business data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Conducting research and gathering data to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes that improve business operations.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements, systems implementations, and strategic plans.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management on business performance and areas for improvement.
  • Providing support for other business projects as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
