We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Logistics Quality Coordinator to oversee loading processes and ensure the quality and timeliness of our deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination or warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on making processes more efficient and have a keen eye for quality control, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor loading processes and enforce quality standards to ensure quality deliveries
  • Verify load quantities and proper loading techniques, working closely with the loading team
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain timely van departures and smooth operations
  • Conduct periodic checks on departed van routes using Paragon software
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations
  • Assist with light lifting and other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Familiarity with routing and load planning software, such as Paragon (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and assist with some lifting from time to time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or warehouse operations
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to quality control and process improvement
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues as needed

  • Those who prefer a sedentary role or are uncomfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Individuals who lack attention to detail or struggle to multitask effectively
  • Candidates who are unwilling to assist with light lifting or other physical tasks as needed
  • Those who have difficulty communicating or collaborating with team members
