The Opportunity

As our Business Administration Manager you will:
  • Lead of data quality management within the hospital
  • Be the primary point of contact and manage the relationships with key stakeholders ensuring regular and effective communication
  • Manage the triage and resolutions of queries raised by patients and consultants
  • Maintain excellent customer service with the patients and consultants during query resolutions process
  • Work to improve processes with the hospital teams to reduce common queries and data errors
  • Oversee and manage the hospitals business administrators
  • Develop training materials to ensure that the relevant staff receive the training and support required
  • Carry out training sessions where required

To succeed as a Business Administration Manager, you will have:

Salary - Up to £28,600 per annum (Dependent On Experience)

Location - Newcastle Under Lyme

Contract Type - Permanent

Weekly Hours - 37.5
