Due to the growth of the business, we are looking for people interested in becoming Business Administration apprentices to join our office in Birmingham, where you will take a dynamic approach to support within our Talent Attraction team. As a Business Administration apprentice, you will play a key part in recruiting passionate people who are going to excel within our organisation.

Fully supported by your tutor and the Early Careers Team, you are sure to flourish and thrive in a passionate, inclusive and dedicated team to achieve your goal with the ability to gain full-time employment within Acacium Group on completion of your apprenticeship studies!

Salary

You will recieve £14,000 per annum - a competitive salary with numerous additional benefits including GymFlex and Tastecards.

Hours

You will be working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week with 6 of these hours dedicated to your study time.

Every day you will...
  • You will support with ad-hoc administration tasks as needed, which will vary from time to time.
  • You will help with creating various reports that supports the wider team.
  • You will support with the career’s inbox, replying to certain emails and tagging the relevant division to respond to other emails. You will also pre-screen candidates to ensure they have the right skill set for the position that they apply for.
  • You will help create external and internal adverts in line with our employer brand that sells the opportunities within the Acacium Group.
  • You will be liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders regarding interview availability, confirmation on interviews, and new starter information.
