  • Foundation apprenticeship in Business Administration

Interview date: 25th October 2022Your role will provide administration support throughout the recruitment and training process of bank staff. This will involve any postal, telephone or electronic enquiries or details involving recruitment, training, processing, booking or payment of bank staff. You will assist in the computerised shift booking process using the e-rostering electronic systems to fill shift requests from wards and departments within the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB). You will support and enable timely and accurate payment of bank shifts and agency invoices through verification of timesheets and agency invoices to meet agreed deadlines for payment and performance targets.The role involves, following appropriate training and support, participation in a rota to work Saturdays, Sundays (and Bank holidays if required) to provide an out of hours service.Cardiff and Vale University Health Boardis one of the largest Integrated Health Boards in the UK, employing over 15,000 staff, providing over 100 specialist services.
