Imperial Technical Recruitment Ltd are pleased to be supporting Gain Consultants on the new refurbishment project for Doctor Piper House in Darlington. The project is due to commence late June and we are inviting expressions of interest from local trades and labour to assist with the refurbishment of this prestigious building into apartments and flats across the 1st and 2nd floors. We will initially be looking for CSCS Card holding labourers for some clearance work followed by a range of trades covering joinery, plastering, brickwork, dry lining, plumbing and electrical services. This is a lengthy project with additional work forecast and we will be operating throughout 2021 and beyond on this significant refurbishment. If you hold current CSCS Certification and have experience of similar refurbishment and development projects, we would love to hear from you. Bricklayer Will largely cover the general upgrade and refurbishment of the building - relocating some windows, removing lintels, etc.

Hourly rate estimate is £14.50 - £16.00 per hour (PAYE) or £18-20.00 through Umbrella. You will need your own PPE and a full HSE Induction will be provided on your first day. You will be working with an existing team of trades and site supervisors. Start date is likely to be in June/July but please register an interest now and we can add you to our preferred pool of trades and labour for this project.
