The Role

We are looking for a ‘brand guardian’ to build our brand and raise brand awareness. You will manage brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications across a diverse, global business and portfolio of products. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of how to define a brand, including: brand promise, brand positioning and brand personality. You will have a digital first approach, learning agility, growth mentality and the ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams across the globe.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, direct and execute brand strategies and initiatives that support the business objectives of Solera
  • Create a brand hierarchy strategy and naming convention for the Solera busienss entities, solutions and services
  • Implement a strong brand identity across digital channels, marketing collaterals, operations and real estate
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Work with the wider marketing team to deliver appropriate and targeted brand programs that support the Solera growth pillars
  • You will provide brand consultation and subject matter expertise, becoming the trusted advisor to key stakeholders
  • Direct, develop, coach and motivate the brand team members – graphics designers and videographer
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree level education in marketing or a related field with 5-8 years marketing experience
  • Proven experience working as a brand manager
  • Experience managing and coaching a team of brand professionals
  • Proven experience to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Hands on attitude able to stay focused and ready to take on multiple responsibilities
