Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a fresh new part-time role?

Well you’re in luck! We’re now on the lookout for two friendly, efficient and reliable new colleagues to join our amazing team in Aberdeen as Branch Administrator on a part-time (20 hours per week) basis.

The Role

As Branch Administrator, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day administration tasks of our Aberdeen City South & South Aberdeenshire Branch.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role and you’ll act as a central point of contact within our branch, coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, including:-

  • Supporting our services and Branch Leader with administrative tasks
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Banking & finances
  • Minute-taking
  • Managing staff files
  • Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) applications
  • Scheduling and planning meetings
  • Answering the telephone


About You


What we’ll need you to bring: -

  • Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
  • Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
  • Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence to communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels


Shift patterns


Your contracted hours will be worked either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between the hours of 0830/0900 – 1630/1700 hours.
