Banking Solicitor

£48,000+ DOE

Birmingham

A firm that I am working with is looking to add another Banking Solicitor to their Birmingham team.

With a strong national presence, this firm benefits from a strong reputation which has allowed them to develop a diverse client base across a wide variety of sectors, with most cases having a multi-jurisdictional element. Their Birmingham office is centrally located with great transport links and parking nearby.

As a Banking Solicitor, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Hit the ground running, taking on a case load that is already available
  • Work on a full range of transactions including, drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, negotiating intercreditor agreements, overseeing conditions precedent processes and other matters relating to to live lending transactions
  • Participate in client development initiatives
