Our key priority is ensuring the safety of all patients, staff and visitors when they attend our hospitals and we provide a reassuring and professional approach in difficult situations when they need us most. We offer advice, support and training on security matters and always look to defuse and deescalate situations to achieve the best outcome. We respond to all security incidents, liaise with emergency services personnel and are a key link when escalating in the event of a major incident.
Youll join an experienced team operating in Basingstoke and Winchester hospitals and offer advice and support to Andover War Memorial Hospital. As a Bank Security Officer post you may be asked to attend either site and shifts may not be set into a regular pattern.
