Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join us as a Bank Sales & Services Administrator in our Shrewsbury Hospital and play your part in building a healthier nation.

We require a Bank Sales & Services Administrator to work within our Inpatient Bookings and our Customer Services team to cover annual leave and sickness. These areas are busy, therefore the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, with their own initiative and most importantly they are flexible with their working hours. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm. therefore you will be expected to work within these hours and days, at short notice and able to change shifts to meet the needs of the departments.

The opportunity

For a Bank Sales & Services Administrator you will:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, via the phone and face to face.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Flexible with your working hours and days.
  • Preferably a background within a Hospital setting but training will be provided.

To succeed as a Bank Sales & Services Administrator, you will have;
  • Administration experience
  • Administration qualifications
  • Proven record of delivering customer service

Bank Contract

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week, but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
