Portering Services - Good Hope Hospital

An opportunity has arisen at Good Hope Hospital for four Porters to join our busy team.

We are seeking individuals who are team players with a caring disposition and who have good communication skills. You must be customer service orientated and be able to undertake manual handling tasks due to the nature of the work required.

Good communication skills are vital in this role. Candidates must be flexible in their approach with an ability to work under pressure.

Candidates will be expected to have a smart appearance and comply with the Trust and departmental dress code. Candidates will be required to understand and follow a variety of policies and procedures relating to both the role of Porter and to general Trust policies.

Available Positions:

  • 4x 37.5 hour contract
  • Shifts to cover would be four on four off Days to nights. All four positions will be on shift. All positions would need a full UK driving license.
