Title: Automotive Production Operative / Line Trimmers

**IMMEDIATE ONGOING LONG TERM POSITIONS WITH PAY INCREASE ONCE FULLY TRAINED!**

Our client, a world leading manufacturing business for the automotive industry based in the Marston Green area of Birmingham, requires immediate and long term ongoing Production Operatives with previous leather trimming or machine operating experience required to join their established and growing workforce, with positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period and great career progression potential.

***OVER 40 PERM POSITIONS IN 2022!***

Shifts: Rotation working one week of each :

  • 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday
  • 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday
  • 22:00 - 06:00 Sunday to Thursday

Pay Rates:

  • £11.17 an hour rising to £12.67 an hour once fully trained

Overtime:

  • x1.33 first 2 hours Monday to Friday
  • x1.5 Saturday
  • x 2 Sundays
