Title: Agricultural Worker / Horticultural Nursery Worker
Immediate starts available for committed and hard working Agricultural Workers in the Chichester area! Suitable for individuals looking for full time work over the summer.

This role involves working outdoors all day in the unpredictable British weather so candidates must be resilient and willing although most of the production is protected by polytunnels.

Responsibilities of an Agricultural Worker: Cutting runners Planting, nurturing and harvesting produce to ensure that it is saleable Weeding/disposing of plants. Spawn management Pest control Reporting any issues to the supervisor Following Health & Safety protocols
Requirements of an Agricultural Worker: Good level of English Must be physically fit with the ability to be on your feet all day Excellent attention to detail Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment Own transport required due to the nature of the position
Hours: Monday to Friday 06.30-14.30

Pay: £8.91 per hour
