Kimal is an innovative and trusted manufacturer and supplier of specialised procedure packs and vascular access devices to hospitals across the world. We are proud of our achievements and we strive to continuously improve in all aspects of the products and service we give to our worldwide base.

As market leaders in the cardiology field, and as a result of predicted growth, we’re now looking to further expand our team. If you would like the challenge of this newly created role and want to be part of our continued success, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to work alongside the Senior Cardiology Product Manager. An important part of this newly created role will be to fully understand the Kimal cardiology portfolio and how the products are used.

The role will be responsible for gathering and sharing information on market developments and competitor activities and supporting sales/internal teams with training, tenders, customer site visits and product demonstrations. Portfolio maintenance, including product lifecycle management, data analysis, collateral updates, support on projects and product technical file support, will also be a key part of the role. There will also be a requirement to work with the Senior Product Manager to identify opportunities for product development/new products and develop marketing strategies/campaigns.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within product management for a minimum of two years, preferably within the field of medical devices. A knowledge of the cardiology field would be advantageous, although not essential. We would like you to be a strong communicator and have high-level analytical skills, along with excellent organisation and planning skills. A Degree or relevant professional qualification such as CIM would be preferred. A full UK driving licence is a requirement for this role, as is a UK / EU passport. You will be office-based at our Worcester site (just off Junction 6 of the M5) for a minimum of two days per week, and able to work from home the rest of the week. Customer and site visits may be required on occasion.

Benefits include pension, health cash plan, private medical insurance, life assurance, high street shopping discount, discounted gym membership, potential profit share bonus, flexible benefits including the option to purchase additional holiday, and much more!
