We are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our home-based customers, processing patient orders accurately whilst receiving communication via telephone and email.

Playing the part of intermediary contact for patients, units and other departments involved in the delivery of home dialysis to patients, you will assist Renal Units in ensuring an effortless transition from unit treatment to treatment within each patient’s home. Supporting and building relationships with patients, you will make sure they have a continual supply of medical equipment, ensuring the smooth management of home dialysis.

We are looking for someone who has a strong customer focus. You will have a friendly and professional telephone manner and good written skills. You must have very high attention to detail – accuracy is an absolute must in this role! A team player, who is IT literate and has a good working knowledge of Excel, you will be receptive to change and able to work under pressure.
