The successful candidate will be involved in multiple projects working across various sectors including but not limited to Industrial, Offices, Residential, Retail, Mixed-Use and many more.To be considered for this Associate Director role, you will ideally have:Extensive experience in similar sustainability roleMSc in Environmental Design of Buildings, Sustainable Construction, or similarAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience with LEED, HQM, Sunlight/Daylight modelling, Dynamic Overheating / Thermal Comfort modellingUnderstanding of Whole Life Cycle Assessments and embodied carbon calculationsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalSoftware Skills: Revit, AutoCad, Rhino, One Click LCA, SAP, SBEM, Design Builder, IES (Desirable)Management experienceUnderstanding of sustainability issues including current and future legislation - e.g. Net Zero Carbon, carbon offsetting, circular economy, Part L, London Plan etc.Member of professional body such as, IEMA, Energy Institute, RIBA, CIOBWorking as an Associate Director you will:Support with Energy Assessments (Part L SAP / SBEM)Manage projects and support the teamComplete and present reportsCarry out Thermal Modelling and Sunlight/Daylight modellingWork on Sustainability and Energy StrategiesPreparing Energy and Sustainability Statements for planning applicationsOur client is offering a competitive starting salary, along with excellent benefits package including; pension, generous holiday allowance, flexible working, career progression and many more.Interested?
