Summary
Job description
The Assistant Digital Communications Manager will help manage and produce UKEF’s digital content including videos (case studies and interviews), animations and infographics for social media. They’ll also help to update UKEF’s website and evaluate performance by reporting on analytics. Their work will engage target audiences and contribute to the wider marketing and communications strategy. They will have a keen interest in digital trends and how we can maximise digital tools in support of delivering our content strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of UKEF’s content strategy by proactively developing rich content, including video, animation and photography, that effectively communicates UKEF’s story, value proposition and key messages to targeted audiences across a range of mediums including social media.2. Support the development of UKEF’s social media by helping to prepare content calendars and day-to-day monitoring of UKEF’s social media accounts.
3. Support the delivery of UKEF’s web presence strategy, by making updates to GOV.UK and SEO.
4. Provide evaluation support for digital communications activities, including helping to prepare statistics for social media and web channels.
5. Provide delivery support, including updates to internal comms channels and supporting internal events.

Qualifications
- 5 GCSE passes (including Maths and English) at Grade C or above; or equivalent or relevant experience
- Evidence of continuing Professional Development
- To meet the National Security Vetting requirements for this role you will need to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 out of the past 5 years
