Lanhydrock is a magnificent late Victorian country house set among extensive gardens and a large wooded estate. Visitor facilities include catering, retail, plant sales, a bookshop and an off-road cycling hub. What you’ll be doing

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. You will be supporting day to day operations, answering general enquiries and contributing to the running of a busy and effective business services department. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business services and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.The team you will join provides a comprehensive administration service to the property team; it is a key department at the property. You will support with coordinating the property diary, creating reports, keeping accurate financial records, cash handling, and responding to visitor enquiries.

Who we’re looking for

Working within the business services team at the National Trust can be very rewarding but also due to the complexity of our organisation very challenging, so to hit the ground running, you’ll have practical experience in a similar customer focused role.

The job is full time year round; including working weekends on a rotational basis.
