We’re looking for an Assistant Site Administrator to join our Regional Build Team based on a large new build project; Currie High School.

Location: Currie

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

As a Site Administrator, you’ll be working with the projects team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities. Working in a fast paced site environment no two days will be exactly the same and you will be interfacing with many internal and external stakeholders from the project delivery team, sub contractors, client representatives and visitors to the site.

You will be supporting the on site administrator in:

  • Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure, preparing weekly reports and updating site information boards
  • Processing invoices, assisting with drawings on viewpoint and updating the drawings register
  • Ordering and managing materials and supplies for site and other additional general administration duties
  • Setting up meeting rooms when required
  • Ensuring all visual comms and notice boards are up to date
  • Generally assisting the team in administrative duties

Who are we looking for?

  • Confident, personable individual comfortable communicating with a wide range of individuals.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Liaise and build relationships with various stakeholders
  • IT Literate able to utilise office software
  • Attention to detail
