Art / Textiles Specialist wanted!Details
  • Part-time (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
  • Start date ASAP
  • Currently for one-term with the potential to extend
  • Location: BB2, Blackburn, Lancashire
Successful candidate qualities
  • Dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic
  • The ability to inspire students to express themselves and inspire them to perform to the best of their ability
  • Be comfortable managing a class of up to 30 KS3/4 students
  • Be able to maximise pupil learning to improve progress and maintain high expectations
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
The successful candidate will have previous experience teaching either Art or Textiles across KS3/4. The school have expressed that an experienced teacher is desirable, but applications will also be welcomed from ECT’s.
