Art Controller & Compliance Executive

Location: Preston

Salary: £25,000.00

Key Role Purpose

We require an artwork controller to maintain, create and check the master records for all our product-related artworks, ensure they meet compliance requirements and are consistent with our design style.

The key tasks of this position include organizing a library of Master Artworks, reviewing and reworking each artwork thoroughly and consistently, liaising with external compliance teams, and making sure product specifications are completed and checked with relevant stakeholders.

Role Scope

• Working with brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design layouts, formatting of references and fonts.
• Liaise with third party graphic design team, requesting amendments and feeding back further changes.
• Prepare artwork proofs for approval.
• Product setup on internal system.
• Check product specifications.
• Product registrations worldwide.
• Product development.
• Maintain a library of Master artworks and have consistency of naming standards.
• Proofreading of all written material for advertising literature including brochures, leaflets & presentations.

Essential Requirements

• Graduate in Graphic Design or relevant Qualification.
• Experience of Adobe Suite including Illustrator & InDesign.
• Experience with proofreading, formatting, and checking documents in English.
• Spanish as second language would be an advantage as graphic design team are offshore.
• Excellent oral and written command of English is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with and supporting others.
