Windsor & Maidenhead Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) is seeking to recruit a committed, highly motivated Mental Health Senior Social Worker/AMHP to serve in a care coordinator/Approved Mental Health Professional role for clients on his/her caseload.

The successful candidate will work with health and social care colleagues within the integrated Adult Mental Health service to deliver high quality mental healthcare & achieve performance targets within a community setting. This post will provide the opportunity to gain further skills and experience in working in a progressive and supportive CMHT. Supervision, multi-disciplinary team support and opportunities for professional development will be provided.

Based in Maidenhead at Nicholson’s House, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a challenging and diverse role. You will be joining an experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary team in a supportive working environment, with a visible and accessible management team who priorities supportive supervision and a commitment to staff training/development/progression.

Requirement - You must be appropriately professionally qualified; have proven experience of working within a mental health setting as a qualified social worker & Approved Mental Health Professional; and have knowledge of mental health & criminal justice legislation, understanding of care coordination, care management, personalisation, & safeguarding.
