An Extraordinary Apprenticeship

You will study for either a Bachelors Degree in Project Management or a Level 4 Diploma in Project Management (APQ PMQ) with our training partner. Alongside this study, you will work on projects and tasks in your home department and on placements elsewhere in the business to broaden and enhance your technical and behavioural skills.

In the department of Manufacturing Strategy and Manpower planning you will be heavily involved our strategic projects. Our manufacturing strategy WINGS is aimed at making Bentley the benchmark for sustainable luxury car production. In WINGS we have defined clear steps (projects) of how to achieve this and are looking for ambitious, eager and talented young individuals to help us on this journey. You will be given projects to lead, supported by a young and talented team that will help you succeed and grow. These projects range from continuous improvements projects through lean techniques up to projects implementing innovations at the workplace in our direct and indirect areas. You will also be involved in activating our strategy through a variety of communication channels organising anything from live-streams to mass events. You will learn how to apply your studies in project management in real life situations additionally benefitting from learning Lean Manufacturing techniques.

An Extraordinary Person

To apply for this apprenticeship you will need 3 A Levels at Grade B or above, or the equivalent, and 4 or above in Maths and English at GCSE.
