Appointment Setter | Castleford | Office based | Full Time | £23,000 + uncapped commission

D J Byers Ltd has been established for 40 years and has developed an excellent history of providing high quality Controlled Access, CCTV & Security Solutions to a varied portfolio of clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Appointment Setter & Lead Generator to arrange security sales and surveys for our sales team. You will be working from an extensive database in order to generate leads and enquiries for our business. You will liaise closely with the Directors; support and guidance will be provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within our business, you will be provided with opportunities to expand your career within the office-based team.

Are you the right person for us?

  • Previous experience within a B2B Appointment Setting role is essential for this role
  • You will have excellent telephone communication with good people skills and you must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets, primarily over the phone
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Update customer information on the database
  • Contacting potential clients to discuss their current arrangements
  • Confirm and organise appointments

This appointment is subject to successful CRB and BS7858 Security Screening, in line with the Industry Standard.
