Talent Finder is looking for an exceptional sales person to join the team and work as an Account Manager. The job involves dealing with new and existing accounts. Although this is not a cold calling role, being able to sell is a must. We are looking for somebody that has excellent communication skills, that is able to upsell and build highly profitable relationships with businesses of all sizes.

Talent Finder is an online recruitment solutions provider, which is growing from strength to strength. Our innovative approach allows to operate across all industry sectors and locations throughout the UK and Ireland.

With ambitious growth plans, now is the time to join this small but successful company.

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 basic (dependent on experience) plus commission (all of our current account managers are earning in excess of £40K +)

Location: Preston City Centre

Hours: 9-5

The role:

  • To maintain close relationships with clients once they come on board via the sales process
  • To ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none
  • To upsell products after the initial sale
  • To ensure Talent Finder receives repeat business
  • Maintain a customer database which is both accurate and up to date
  • Working to targets, to ensure revenue is maximised with each account

Person Specifications:

  • Highly organised
  • Ideally from a recruitment background (but not essential)
  • Previous B2B Sales/Account management experience
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Overall positive and can-do attitude
  • Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and speak to clients
  • Must have strong sales ability and the ability to close deals
