Approved Mental Health Practitioner - Part time OR Full time Llanelli, West WalesAn AMHP is required to joining Carmarthenshire Social Services Community Mental Health Team for either a full or part time contract. Pay rate for this role is up to £40 per hour. The option to work less than 3 days per week will be considered. The base is Llanelli and you will be responsible for covering a forensic case load. Hybrid working is possible. A lot of the case load is scattered over Carmarthenshire and Swansea.Duties and responsibilities for this position include: To have responsibility for assessing safeguarding referrals, including carrying out investigations, completing risk assessments, chairing meetings (where necessary) and ensuring that action plans are effective in keeping people safe. Skype facilities will be set up where required.
