This role is part of a new team focused on enterprise scale Artificial Intelligence (AI) orchestration and hence we are looking for individuals with a good subset of the below skills and capabilities to support our full-stack developer and distributed middleware feature teams

• Strong practical software engineering skills in at least one object-orientated programming language, ideally Python.
• Strong experience with JIRA
• Experience as an engineer or team lead within an agile team
• Knowledge and experience with SDLC processes and development on cloud technologies
• Awareness or experience with widely successful Agile techniques such as user stories, BDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, mobbing
• Experience as an Agile Guide / ScrumMaster, preferably in a SAFe program
• Good skills and knowledge of lean, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques (example: scrum, Kanban, XP, story mapping, example mapping, transformation plans, operating models, scaled agile frameworks).
