J.P. Morgan Intraday Liquidity and Cash Asset Management

The Firmwide Cash Account Platform Program is one of the top initiatives both across the firm and within CIB Technology. We have used Agile to iterate quickly and deliver functionality rapidly to the business. The technology solution provides stakeholders a real time view of the firm’s liquidity intraday, calculates the firm’s intraday positions, generates and sends alerts when specified indicators and limits are breached, enables Cash Management to fund the firms Nostro Accounts, and has a repository of data for management and regulatory reporting. The technology team is comprised of around 140 people across 6 locations through APAC, EMEA and WHEM, and is working on, amongst other things, cash projection and funding tools to measure and predict liquidity needs, reporting for management information and regulatory submissions..

Working Closely With Our Partners, The Candidate Will

A Project Manager is being sought to play a critical role on helping to drive the build out of the Liquidity and Cash Management functions globally across APAC, EMEA and WHEM .
  • Work with both business and technology to breakdown requirements to a prioritised iterative delivery schedule.
  • Create and maintain plans with dates and deliverables
  • Identify potential issues and risks, define mitigation strategies and escalate accordingly
  • Strongly and clearly communicate project progress and overall status reporting
  • Pro-actively work with your partners to define and offer solutions to issues
  • Manage timeline, scope and milestone delivery
  • Own and co-ordinate weekly meetings with scrum team and business stakeholders to track and report status
  • Create concise high quality reports, presentations/ power point deck, communication materials for senior management. Articulate key messages in high quality visual PowerPoint presentations
  • Working collaboratively with team members across line of business and cross functional teams. Ability to drive and facilitate discussions and activities across functional teams.
