Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advisor, Training Compliance to work within a small team of 7 in the training compliance team within Maritime People Operations.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will be to support the Senior Training Advisors, with their planning, prioritisation and organising of attendance for our Officers and crew for training and certification as required for their roles on-board.

To do this you will be working with the team to support training logistics, contact, database updating and certification queries.

The Advisor, Training Compliance will also support our ship colleagues to ensure queries sent to the team are co-ordinated and responded to in a timely manner, providing a key point of contact for Ship and Shore, internal stakeholders, new hires and existing staff for their training requirements.

About You

You should have excellent computer user skills within Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail. It is essential that you have previous working experience within a fast paced office environment with a can do attitude. You will have the ability to think, prioritise and react quickly to all enquires with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
